Water Aerobics is a medium-paced, total body, 55-minute workout. Our classes offer optional flotation support (jog belts, aqua noodles) and optional resistance weights (teal 40% resistance, yellow 60% resistance).

$7 per class or contact us about a memberships starting at $15!
Classes are free to Water and Weights members of the Covington Sportsplex as well as Aquatic Center Only members.
